If there is any problem with your order, please contact us before filing a dispute with your card issuer or bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

We respond to all order inquiries within 2 business days.

2. Order Verification

To protect our customers and our business, every order is verified and documented:

• A customer account is required to place an order.
• A research-use acknowledgment, together with the purchaser’s company or institution name and research field, is recorded with every order.
• The IP address and timestamp of each order are logged.
• Every shipment is sent with delivery tracking.
• A signature at delivery is required on orders over $400.

3. Unauthorized Transaction Claims

If a cardholder reports a transaction as unauthorized, we provide the card issuer with the order’s account details, the recorded research-use acknowledgment, the IP address and timestamp logged at checkout, and delivery and tracking records.

4. Friendly Fraud

Disputes filed on orders that were delivered and accepted will be contested with all available records, including account, acknowledgment, IP, timestamp, tracking, and delivery confirmation records.

Accounts with chargebacks are closed, and future orders from those accounts will be refused.

5. Resolution Options

When an order issue is reported to us directly, we offer a replacement or a refund as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Claim rule: customers must record an unboxing video and report any problem within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without an unboxing video, may not be eligible.
